Americans and evolution

This Newsweek poll is interesting:

Nearly half (48 percent) of the public rejects the scientific theory of evolution; one-third (34 percent) of college graduates say they accept the Biblical account of creation as fact.

Tumble drier update

The repair guy came out – and the electronics on the tumble drier are fried.

Looking at a minimum of $200 for the labour; the parts are under warranty. There is no indication of when the parts will be in – but like last time it may well be 2-4 weeks.

We’ll make a decision later – but Bosch are going to get a stiff letter.
