More Bosch warranty issues

I wrote last September about the dreadful service from Applicance Service by Paul who have a monopoly on Bosch warranty work in Salt Lake City.

Now the tumble dryer is faulty.

We’ve got no choice but to use the same service company. They visit on Saturday. Grania specifically requested a Bosch specialist.

If we get the same run-around on parts, labour and time – then we’ll have no alternative but to buy new. Might be a visit to LA for the day next week to camp out at Bosch Appliances.
