Tickles for Hugo and Aoife
Hugo is four months old today. He grins, laughs, smiles and giggles. He loves being tickled.
You know Aoife is very ticklish.
Here is a video of the three of us.

Father Christmas brought Aoife a nice wooden shelf for Christmas; this weekend we painted it.
I have my list of Honey-Dos. They are online using Backpack from 37signals. I get an RSS feed and updates when new items get added!
Today I fixed the towel rail and also fixed the leaking plug hole on the bath.
Fixing the plug was the most disgusting job I’ve done in a long time.. and I learned more about the joys of US plumbing.
In the UK most people have a plug hole in the bath with a plug that fits the hole. It’s simple. If you lose the plug or things start draining out head to your local hardware store or bigbox and spend a few pounds to replace it.
In the US it’s totally different. The ‘bath drain’ is an integral part of the overflow with a lever that works the stopper. In the master bathroom ours was slowly gurgling and draining out.

I looked up the replacement steps; pretty simple; I removed the old pieces and urg – years of bath slime. My Gold Star Honey Do was cleaning the gunk, replacing the drain fittings and making it all clean and shiny.
I’ll let Grania comment on the yuk-factor. Two Honey-Dos down. Several to go.
Aunty Rachael gave Aoife a space hopper at Cub Camp last year; it was warm enough today to play outside – and Aoife made the most of it.
She also told Grania why she liked Cub Camp..
Hugo is growing up quickly.
Compare these two pictures – one of Hugo from today; and one of Aoife from the same age in August 2003.
It’s a lovely early spring day here in SLC. Sunny and 9′C outside.

First a note on videos.. I’ve finally got round to putting video from the last three months on the blog! Sorry for the flood of new stuff. I hope you enjoy it!
Here is Hugo in the bath a couple of days ago; he is now 3½ months old.
